  • - Legal Tracking : We endeavor to prevent potential conflicts and disputes. In case of default, we proceed to exercise if necessary legal actions.
  • - Leave : Upon receipt of your letter, we make a visit to check the status of housing and set the new rent for your quick relocation of your estate. The state of output will tell us if deductions are to be made from the security deposit.
  • -The taxexpertise : We perform an annual project reporting income from your estate taking into account the special schemes and the type of tax exemption lease.
  • -The unpaid rent insurance,with no deductible and no duration, ensures your property income to 100%.
  • - Unpaid rent and expenses : Reimbursement of rent and charges payable in the event of failure of the tenant, regardless of the reason for non-payment.
